But that’s not all— we’re excited to announce that two “Vault Classics” will be joining our menu at the Pop-Up! Steak Diane and Strawberry Sinatra Flambe will only be available for a limited-time so join us soon!

Joining our assortment of tableside offerings is our Steak Diane, a guest favorite often requested by our legacy diners. This unique steak entrée will be prepared tableside with Cremini Mushrooms, Dijon Mustard, Truffle Demi-Glace, and Brandy!
It’s been over three years since our Strawberry Sinatra Flambé has been featured on our menu. This seasonal dessert features Fresh Strawberries, Mint, Crème de Banane, Orange Curaçao.
Also available for a limited time is our most theatrical Flambé presentation, our Cherries Jubilee Flambe, made with Dark Sweet Cherries, Cinnamon, Kirschwasser, and Brandy.
