1. Sponsor

The A Legacy of Memories Giveaway is sponsored by Hy’s Steak House, operated by G LION HAWAII (the “Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway will run for 13 monthly drawings, beginning in November 2026 – November 2027 as part of Hy’s Steak House 50th Anniversary celebration. One winner will be selected each month.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Participants must have a public Instagram account.
• Entries must comply with all requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway:

• Follow @HYSHAWAII
• Share a photo of yourself, your family, or your loved ones taken at Hy’s Steak House.
• Post the photo on Instagram.
• Tag @HYSHAWAII in the post, and use #HYS50.

Each qualifying photo counts as one entry. Multiple photos may be submitted, and each qualifying photo will be counted as a separate entry.

For carousel posts, each qualifying photo featuring guests or their experiences at Hy’s counts as an individual entry.

Photos may be from current or past visits, including historical photographs and special occasions.

Food-only photographs do not qualify, with the exception of Hy’s Feasts.

Entries must be publicly accessible to allow the Sponsor to verify participation. Private posts, incomplete entries, or posts that cannot be verified may not qualify.

5. Entry Period & Monthly Drawings

The giveaway will feature 13 monthly drawings. One winner will be selected at the end of each monthly entry period.

Entries will remain eligible for subsequent monthly drawings throughout the campaign unless selected as a winning entry. Once a participant is selected as a winner, that participant will not qualify for future drawings.

The monthly drawing will be announced through Hy’s Steak House social media channels.

6. Prize

One winner will be selected each month to receive:

• One Legacy Menu for Two.
• Choice of Free-Spirit Pairing or Classic Wine Pairings.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $380 per Winner.

The prize is non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another offer. Additional restrictions and reservation requirements may apply.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for each monthly drawing.

The selected winner will be contacted through the social media account used to submit their entry. Winners must respond within [7] days of notification to claim their prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, or is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Photo Submission & Marketing Permissions

By entering the giveaway, participants grant Hy’s Steak House and G LION HAWAII permission to use their submitted photographs for marketing, promotional, and anniversary-related purposes.

Submitted photographs may be featured across Hy’s Steak House marketing channels.

Participants confirm that they own or have permission to share the submitted photographs and that any individuals appearing in the photographs have consented to their submission and potential use for promotional purposes.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, inappropriate, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration or integrity of the promotion.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any responsibility related to this promotion.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used for the administration of the promotion, winner notification, and related purposes in accordance with the Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the A Legacy of Memories Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Official Terms & Conditions.
